If i found a very small image and later want to enlarge and clear it up, what application can i use?

The same thing is going to happen when you enlarge the picture. It's going to get grainy.





Your picture is a low res file without enough pixels to increase in size. The computer will have to extrapolate pixels when you expand it. This is what's causing the grainy effect.
