How do i make the zoom in on an image clearer on phtoshop?

when i zoom in on an image on my photoshop cs3 extended, the image becomes much more pixalted and blurry. how do i fix it so the image stays clear when i zoom in?How do i make the zoom in on an image clearer on phtoshop?

Are you just zooming in to look at it or are you resizing the photo ? If you are zooming in you will eventually get to a point where you see the pixels. If you are resizing use resampling, I likethe bicubic sharper algorithm. You can also use programs like genuine fractals to resize larger and keep quality
Well, the closer you get, the bigger the pixels will appear.





But if you make sure you're on 100% or 50% or whatever, not something like 76.54%, it should look a little clearer... I think... I haven't used Photoshop since I got Painter ^^;;
your pics need to have a higher resolution otherwise you cant really do anything about it..also get a camera with a better optical zoom
