Sounds like a quality issue. Make sure you're using your highest quality resolution, and plenty of lighting.

There's really no way to fix the blurry photos, believe me, I've tried.

You might think Photoshop's ';sharpen'; would work, but it really doesn't.How do you fix images to look clear if blurry?
Highest resolution

good lighting

steady hand (if this is too difficult, use a tripod)

also, in Photoshop (and probably other graphics programs) I know you can choose different methods to ';sharpen'; your images, but depending upon the image itself, that might not produce the clearest image.
Hi, I recommand you to try google picasa.

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.

it can upload/download your camera to your PC.

It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video clips.

you can make your ablum with picasa very easy.

It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google

Download it free in here:

Good Luck!
There are no programas to fix our focusing mistakes, the best thing is shoot again and pay attention to the subject distance.
Gilbert 207 is right. If the photo is fuzzy there's pretty much nothing you can do about it. Good graphics programs (like Photoshop) will help clean up some stuff, but there's a limit to how much de-fuzzing graphics programs can do.
Hi. It depends what the problem is. If they are simply not sharp, You can sharpen them by any software, including Photoshop menu Filter-Sharpen-SmartSharp (CS2) or Unsharp Mask (previous versions). Of course no software will do miracles if the image is BAD!

The former can even do with unsharp images where the unsharpness comes from camera shake during shooting. You have to be familiar with that so trying many times is advised - mainly for not overdoing it, when image is simply degradated. The latter, Unsharp Mask can do well only with unsharpness which comes from bad focus. Also experiment with that. Other software lets You sharpen images too, but there are many and the best way is to look for and read about them on web. Some are free.

Other problem with blurry images can be automatic noise reduction (and applied too much as always automatic things work), and the image is so softened that it loses detail and definition.

Other option is that You may haved the lens dirty, fogged etc.

And if You mean that people or other moving objects are blurred, it means that the image was taken with slow shutter speed and if sb or sth moved, the time was so long that the object is blurred
I'd think you would haft to be in CSI to use that kind of program lol.
You can use an image editing program (like Irfanview) and the ';Sharpen'; feature, but it usually makes the pictures grainy and pixelized, so there's a trade-off.
