I need something that i can zoom in on to clear up a image. It does exist and its not only available to the fbi. im pretty sure i saw it one time on like attack of the show or something and i believe it was free, the problem is i don't remember the name.I need a Photo enhancer i can clear zoomed images?
The problem is that unless the photo is of extremely high definition, the data does not exist to determine what a closeup would look like. Programs that do this nevertheless can end up producing photos with details that are unreliable.
The FBI has access to high definition satellite photos and such.
