All you have to do is take it to wal mart and ask them to quadrilfilabrate it. It is a very inexpensive process. This will give you a copy that can be taken to anywhere and be blown up at optimal resolution. I hope you the best of luck!If i blow up a picture, how do i repixelate the image to be clear?
If your using Photoshop,

The trick is that you don't want to make more pixels all at once.

Just blowing up a digital image will not work as is just blows up the existing pixels.

Use bicubic sampling, but don't enlarge it to the size your looking for all at once.

If you do it all at once, you'll see a lot of digital noise and it will look horrible. So what you need to do is to click on image%26gt;size then make it just a tad bigger, I use a percentage basis, just 5% or so bigger, keep doing this until it is the proper size. Creating an action can help out on this tedious work. This way Photoshop isn't trying to create a mountain of pixels all at once.

Throw on a little bit of gaussian blur, then sharpen it using unsharp mask

If your dealing with a JPEG, it will never be a great image, but at least your doing it in way that will minimize the damage.
I use Genuine Fractals to resize and don't have pixeliztion problems... if you want you can email me direct and I'll resize it for you.
